| Mark Norbury was appointed as Chief Executive of the Charity on 1st February 2012. Mark is excited about the opportunity to have a major impact on the hospital patients' lives and medical research. He was previously a Partner of Leaders’ Quest, a social enterprise committed to engaging and inspiring leaders from all sectors of society. He was also the Director of the Executive MBA programme at INSEAD, the leading international business school. Mark has held senior positions in a number of charities. |
Francesca Rayneau is Executive Assistant to Mark Norbury. After completing her studies in International Management at University of Manchester, Francesca went on to work for a financial company in Geneva, Switzerland for almost 3 years. She returned to the UK in October 2012, after a brief stint working in Dubai, and started working for the charity in December 2012. | |

| Anna Matthams is the Visual Arts Officer and has been with the charity since August 2009. She has previously organised art exhibitions in hospitals in the North West, and worked for a new performing arts company in Manchester helping to co-ordinate projects for young people. |

Daisy Fancourt is the Performing Arts Officer, responsible for developing hospital music programmes. She previously worked on music projects at Birmingham Children's Hospital and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford whilst she was an undergraduate. She co-founded and runs the annual CHYME residential music programme with the charity Action for Young Carers. Her particular interest is on the links between music and medicine which formed the focus of her Masters. She also performs and records with Classic FM. |
James Varley is the Charity’s Finance Director taking full responsibility for the financial and investment affairs of the Charity. James is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Warwick University. Following his early career in Chartered Accountancy, he left KPMG to join the charity sector. He has worked in the charity sector for 20 years principally with major funding charities including Trust for London and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity. James is an Associate Consultant with Action Planning, a not for profit sector consultancy, and is Treasurer of Young Dementia UK Homes. |
